Appointments:
Office visits are generally by appointment. A number of same-day appointment spaces are available to handle urgent problems. Physicals and routine care appointments may be scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. It is an inconvenience for the other patients that arrive on time for their appointment to have to wait due to late patients.
Regularly scheduled appointments may be delayed due to an emergency. Every effort will be made to notify you if your appointment has been delayed due to an emergency.
No Show/Rescheduling:
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you will not be able to make your appointment. We are happy to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Letting us know you are unable to make your appointment, allows other patients to be seen during that time. Consistent no show appointments may result in termination of medical services.
Cosmetic Services:
Cosmetic Services are to be paid in full at the conclusion of the visit and will not be billed to your health care plan.
